Training Consultant - General Motors Insurance

This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering onboarding and training programs that support employee performance, compliance, and professional growth, while partnering with leaders to identify training needs, facilitate learning initiatives, and measure program effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings insurance industry knowledge, training facilitation and instructional design experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across business units, manage multiple priorities, coach others, and drive continuous improvement through effective learning solutions.
