We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the safe, reliable operation of our manufacturing facility and active construction yard assets. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for heavy-duty diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and rapid repair of facility high-voltage electrical, plumbing, and specialized manufacturing equipment.

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will direct equipment installations, coordinate with external contractors, manage supply inventories via digital systems, and enforce rigorous industrial safety protocols to minimize production downtime.
