Deputy General Manager - Business Leadership Office - Ports & Terminals - Cochin

• Provide support to Business Unit, to continuously improve terminal operations and make them more efficient, cost effective and customer-centric

The main responsibility of this role is owning (alongside CEO/COO) the execution and alignment of Ports & Terminals Lean Business System (LBS) across business unit.

The LBS program is a strategic transformation initiative to drive process standardization, collaboration and improvement behaviors and tools across DPW Operations, Engineering and HSSE.
