Customer Service Representative ( 6months contract)

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order management process.

He/She is responsible for managing customer orders diligently from order receipt through to invoicing, while coordinating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including factories, suppliers, transportation providers, and other service partners, to ensure a smooth and accurate order fulfillment process.
