Technical Sales Support Engineer

TSEs, Specialists in particular, fit between Junior TSEs and Senior Application Engineers. While the experienced members tend to focus externally on large accounts and complex projects, specialists will focus internally. Aside from typical tech support responsibilities, they are tasked with improving resources, tools, documentation, and processes for our team; they inject their own skills and specialized experience into the foundation of the organization, strengthening our capabilities and adding new challenges for junior members to rise to.
