• -Lead Board activities and negotiations with Major stakeholders and lenders.
• -Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to FI and lenders.
• -Support deal structuring, contract review, refinancing, and rebalancing initiatives.
• -Coordinate Investment Vehicle’ Board governance matters and stakeholder alignment.

[Qualifications]

• -Native-level English communication and negotiation skills.
• -U.S. market asset management and deal execution experience.
• -Immediate plug-in capability to ongoing transactions.
