About The Role

We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading security systems solutions across the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region and master your B2B sales skills.

Teltonika’s security business unit designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection and building protection. Our products are used in residential, commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.

Yes, you read that right - you will start your journey from our Vilnius office. As the business grows and our presence in the region expands, this role will eventually require relocation to Australia, where you will continue contributing to the development of the business.

In addition, this region also includes clients in the Philippines, Indonesia, and New Zealand. Depending on business needs, there may be opportunities for business travel to these countries as well.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and online meetings with prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Security Systems and its products with solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements
  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Flexibility to travel and relocate based on business requirements and organizational growth.
  • Strong motivation to work in B2B sales (sales experience will be considered an advantage).
  • Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.
  • Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product.
  • This position is currently based in Vilnius. As the role is primarily office-based, candidates must be able to work from our Vilnius office, with remote work available only on an occasional basis.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~2100 Eur—2650 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
