About The Role

Adult Care Assistant with PACE Lafayette providing compassionate, hands-on care to frail and elderly participants in their homes and the adult day center. Candidates should have 1 year of CNA or personal care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA and BLS certifications, and meet FMOLHS driver qualifications.

Position offers mileage reimbursement for patient visits, shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus
