Project Technologist/Building Science Specialist

Join EXP’s Building Engineering Services Group in Cambridge, ON as a Project Technologist/Building Science Specialist and play a key role in delivering high quality building solutions. In this role, you will support building evaluations and the development of practical, technically sound solutions for residential, multi family, commercial, and new construction projects. Responsibilities will include assessing existing buildings, contributing to repair and rehabilitation designs, execution of Reserve Fund Studies and Condition Assessments, and supporting upgrades or modifications required for new uses or equipment. You will be expected to manage multiple assignments, maintain strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
