Senior PX Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and proactive UAE National to join our People Experience team as a Senior People Analyst - HR Business Partner. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and employees to deliver HR solutions that enhance employee experience, support organizational effectiveness, and drive business performance. You will play a key role in workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and banking regulations.
