The Senior Process Manager – Finance & Accounting Operations (FAO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, process excellence, and operational performance across assigned finance and accounting programs. This leader ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations, while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and productivity across teams.

The SPM partners closely with clients, functional leaders, and internal support teams to transform operations, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable business outcomes within the FAO cluster.
