The care supervisor will be responsible for setting the example for the customer care experts ensuring the customer experience is delivered complying with our high standards of quality assurance, KPIs, effective communication, and providing prompt responses for care expert necessities. The care supervisor will ensure the team capabilities are in constant development of knowledge, and personal attributes to match the customer’s requirements.
