AES - DE - FS - DOTNET Full-Stack Microservices

• Technical Leadership

• o Lead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8.
• o Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team.
• o Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews.

• Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breaker

• o Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor.
• o Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions.
• o Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs.
• o Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies.

• Architecture & Integration

• o Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability.
• o Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred).
• o Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker).
