Analyst - Visualisation

We're looking for a Customer Analyst to join the M&S Online Measurement, Reporting & Automation Team. This is a highly technical role that combines data engineering, automation and reporting, helping to transform complex data into actionable insights through automated pipelines and Power BI dashboards.

You'll play a key role in delivering near real-time performance reporting across M&S Online, bringing together data from multiple domains to provide stakeholders with a clear view of customer and trading performance. Your work will support data-led decision making and help bring our data to life through engaging, accessible reporting solutions.
