Associate Consultant-Benchmarking

The Trainee will primarily support the delivery of the company’s global benchmark practice which would engage with business units/internal clients, analyze, verify enquires/requirements, assist in issue resolution and channelize the communication using web based tools. The job involves setting up the portal (Question sets, data collectors etc.) for data collection, stakeholder survey (question sets, recipients) and project work plan on team track. Work with the respective project manager and client teams to quickly complete the acquisition of benchmark data, using customized client portals and online data-validation tools. The Trainee works closely with Senior Analyst and provides quantitative and qualitative analysis on diversified projects on a regular basis.
