Associate Manager / Manager - ORM

The Hackett Group Office of Risk Management’s mission is to facilitate continuous improvement in the delivery and quality of our services, people care, resource management, client satisfaction, and the overall performance of The Hackett Group.

The Office of Risk Management (ORM) is responsible for establishing and implementing risk management and quality assurance processes in the practice areas. This team provides coaching and oversight on all phases of the sales and delivery cycle. It ensures compliance to sales and delivery policy as well as compliance with processes included in our Client Service Cycle Toolkit or quality process. This practice also conducts independent reviews during Pre-Proposal, Proposal and Delivery phases of large engagements.
