Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking an experienced Director of Property Operations to lead the engineering and facilities team at our stunning 360-room oceanfront resort located steps from the Pacific Ocean. This leadership role is responsible for driving preventive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, life safety compliance, sustainability initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards for both our guests and team members.
