Transformation Solution Consultant

This role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.

The individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of data- and AI-powered solutions in operational environments. Insurance domain knowledge and experience will be preferred.
