As Plant Manager for the East Basin (Moha, Seilles & Engis), you will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of the sites under your responsibility. You will provide leadership and ensure compliance with legislated regulations. You will develop and maintain a highly productive team of management and hourly employees by constantly driving training, communications, employee involvement, and continuous
