Mine & Production Technician-Hiring Pool (Maysville & Butler, KY)

Job Summary: Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, general plant/mine labor and clean up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands; perform kiln outage work including refractory; off load/handling of coal, report equipment problems identified to management; complete equipment pre-shift report, if applicable; clean work areas; shovel stone from around conveyors; maintain bathroom facilities; removal and installation of kiln refractory; operate small front end loader; replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management.
