Industrial Electrical Supervisor

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, managing the day to day plant electrical maintenance, directly supervising the activities of the front line electrical employees in the plant; participate in the identification of training needs for assigned plant electrical personnel; ensure that preventive action is taken to avoid the occurrence of nonconformities relating to product or process or to the quality system; recommend solutions to problems related to the product or process, or to the quality system; participate in the coordination of repairs during outages to maintain a safe and effective flow of work to reduce downtime with the main focus on planned/repair and electrical maintenance; participate in the supervision of the installation and testing of electrical equipment, and other duties as assigned.
