COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

The purpose of this classification is to manage community engagement, service programs, and small business development initiatives that support broad participation, remove barriers to services, and strengthen relationships with diverse community groups. The position provides leadership for program initiatives, develops partnerships, and evaluates program effectiveness to ensure services are responsive, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
