DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT, SCHOOLS

Responsible for providing vision, strategic direction, and leading teams who work closely with all district-managed schools to support them in driving toward excellence in the areas of instructional and student support programs. Areas of responsibility include specialized student services, academics, multilingual education, portfolio management, college and career success, and extended learning. Works collaboratively with stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate District programs.The Deputy Superintendent shall act on matters delegated by the Superintendent. Oversight for budgetary planning that allocates resources in support of the District’s efforts.
