Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (AI-First)

The QA Automation Engineer (AI-First) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of real-time control systems supporting frac fleet operations. This position is responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks that validate software interacting directly with industrial hardware, sensors, and operator systems.

This role embraces an AI-first approach to quality engineering. The successful candidate will leverage AI tools to accelerate test generation, improve defect analysis, enhance regression coverage, and strengthen validation processes—while maintaining disciplined, production-grade testing standards appropriate for hardware-integrated, real-time systems.
