RECORDS OFFICER

The Record Officer serves as the custodian of operational records for Zoomlion Kenya, maintaining well-organised physical and digital filing systems for waste intake data, vehicle logs, environmental monitoring records, maintenance records, staff attendance, and other operational documentation. The role supports the Operations and Finance teams by providing accurate data for reporting, compliance submissions, and audits, and ensures that all records are retained in line with regulatory and company requirements.
