ASSISTANT LANDFILL SUPERVISOR

The Assistant Landfill Supervisor works closely with the Landfill Manager to coordinate site operations, supervise the work of equipment operators, general workers, and weighbridge staff, and maintain operational records. In the absence of the Landfill Manager, the Assistant Supervisor acts as the on-site authority responsible for operational decisions, compliance, and team management. The role involves direct, hands-on engagement with landfill operations in a challenging site environment.
