The Human Capital Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resource operations of the Oti IRECOP. The role supports the attraction, development, engagement, performance, wellbeing, and retention of employees while ensuring compliance with the labour laws of Ghana, company policies, and statutory requirements.
