Production Supervisor

NOV is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Tulsa, OK team! This role is responsible for the directing and coordination of the daily operations / schedule of a Machine Shop that may include some fabrication/ secondary operations. This role will direct people and machine shop equipment meet customer requirements / delivery schedule while minimizing unnecessary cost and adhering to strict quality standards / engineering specifications. Will be driving or involved in continuous improvement activities, LEAN principles, procedures and routers, manufacturing engineering methods, and employee involvement. In partnership with other departments such as (planning, purchasing human resources, finance, manufacturing engineering, and HSEQ, be involved in the hiring of employees, employee development, cost management, product costing, coordination of work orders / scheduling equipment, facility layout and ensuring a safe work environment.
