Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible for answering inbound calls/ chats to address customer needs and service customer queries relating to their motor insurance. Calls and chats include providing resolution to customer queries regarding billing, payments, document requests, mid-term amendments, renewals, cancellations and complaints.
