Human Resources Manager, School of Continuing Education

This position sits under the School of Continuing Education at our Kowloon Tong campus. The core responsibilities are recruitment and appointment, benefits administration, performance assessment, preparation of staff statistical reports, arrangement of staff training and development, supervision of Officers and clerical staff in daily operation of work. The appointee will be required to support the implementation and rollout of the new HCMS across departments. The appointee will also assist in policy and operation review, system development, and committee work.
