QA Engineer (Moto loan)

JUSTIFICATION

We are hiring a QA Engineer to support the Motoloan product. The role will help maintain product quality across mobile applications, backend services, and customer-facing workflows as the product continues to grow and evolve.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for mobile applications, APIs, and related backend services
• Perform manual testing of new features, product changes, and customer-facing workflows
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear recommendations for resolution
• Build and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test reports
• Support regression testing activities across releases and product updates
• Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and quality assurance processes within the team
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to improve testing approaches, coverage, and overall QA effectiveness

WHAT WE NEED

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Experience with mobile application and API testing
• Hands-on experience with Postman, XCode, or similar testing tools
• Strong SQL knowledge, including joins, filtering, and data validation
• Experience working with test management systems such as TestOps, TestRail, or similar
• Experience using traffic analysis and debugging tools such as Proxyman, Charles, or Fiddler
• Ability to document and communicate defects, risks, and technical issues clearly and concisely
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience testing lending, financial, or payment products
• Experience working in microservice-based environments
• Basic understanding of test automation practices
