Global People Technology Product & Adoption Leader

The Global People Technology & Adoption leader is responsible for defining and executing the global enterprise strategy for P&C technology and adoption. This role partners closely with P&C leaders and GETS to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric technology solutions that enable the employee lifecycle and support organizational growth.

The leader partners with GETS (IT) on global HRIS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, vendor relationships, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience. This role also leads the adoption of enhancements, processes and new systems.
