About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to design and re-engineer scalable end-to-end operational payment flows - cards, transfers, clearing, reconciliation, disputes/chargebacks within regulatory guardrails.

This is a hybrid role combining product ownership, systems thinking, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to transform manual work into efficient, measurable, and automated solutions.

Bring 3+ years in payments (ideally international banking), hands-on lifecycle expertise, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset - we’ll be happy to talk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define functional requirements for clearing and reconciliation systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure correctness of financial transactions.
  • Conduct acceptance testing with operations and finance teams.
  • Prepare and deliver demos of new solutions or enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical PM in fintech (preferably payments domain), banking, or enterprise automation.
  • Experience with payment systems (SWIFT, ISO20022, RTGS, clearinghouses).
  • Understanding of reconciliation, settlement, and accounting posting processes.
  • Familiarity with banking core systems and transaction lifecycle.
  • Experience with operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and compliance is a strong plus.
  • WHY WOULD IT BE COOL TO WORK WITH US?
