About The Role

As marketing operations continue to scale, the Marketing Procurement Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality production of Point-of-Sale materials (POSM) and branded marketing assets that support nationwide campaigns and business initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and production processes for marketing materials, building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing costs, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and operational timelines.

Responsibilities

POSM Procurement & Production Management

  • Manage end-to-end procurement and production of permanent and temporary POS materials and branded marketing assets
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers such as printing houses, fabricators, display manufacturers, and production vendors
  • Lead RFQs/RFPs, supplier bidding, price negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Ensure optimal balance between cost, quality, and turnaround time
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to stores and partner locations
  • Coordinate production timelines, artwork requirements, and delivery schedules with internal stakeholders
  • Support campaign execution through accurate production planning and vendor coordination
  • Assist in DTI permit processing and compliance requirements for marketing campaigns when necessary

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain a reliable network of suppliers and production partners
  • Conduct vendor evaluations based on quality, service levels, pricing, and compliance
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve innovation, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Resolve vendor-related production, delivery, or quality issues promptly
  • Maintain supplier records, contracts, quotations, and procurement documentation

Cost Optimization & Budget Control

  • Monitor and manage procurement and production budgets for marketing materials
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality and brand standards
  • Track expenditures and prepare regular reports for Marketing and Finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements
  • Support budget forecasting and campaign cost estimation activities

Quality & Brand Compliance

  • Ensure all produced materials comply with brand guidelines, specifications, and approved artwork
  • Coordinate sample reviews, mockups, and pre-production approvals
  • Conduct quality inspections during production and before deployment or shipment
  • Address production inconsistencies and implement corrective actions when needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, POS, Creatives, Logistics, and Operations teams to understand campaign requirements and timelines
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely deployment of materials to stores and partners
  • Provide production lead times, supplier recommendations, and cost estimates during campaign planning
  • Support internal stakeholders with procurement-related concerns and vendor coordination
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and production planning processes
  • Maintain organized records of suppliers, contracts, quotations, and production history
  • Help develop procurement best practices and operational efficiencies within the Marketing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • With at least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management
  • Experience in marketing procurement, POSM production, printing, or advertising materials is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in RFQ/RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management
  • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and fabrication is an advantage
  • Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination abilities
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
