Data Analyst (Field Collection)

We're looking for a Data Analyst who's genuinely into data quality - someone who gets uncomfortable when numbers don't add up and won't rest until they find out why.

You'll be the person keeping our collections data clean, consistent, and trustworthy - digging into discrepancies, fixing pipelines, supporting internal teams, and making sure the reports people rely on actually reflect reality.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES AWAIT

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across collection-related datasets and reports
• Monitor and investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes
• Handle and resolve data-related requests and issues from internal stakeholders (collections team, operations, etc.)
• Maintain and improve existing data pipelines, queries, and dashboards
• Perform regular data validation and reconciliation checks
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to address systemic data issues
• Document data definitions, processes, and known issues
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATE

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes
• Solid understanding of data quality principles and best practices
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate issues end-to-end and identify root causes
• Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience in fintech, lending, or collections domain is a plus
