QA Engineer Card

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll help ensure the quality and reliability of our Cards products by improving test coverage across backend and frontend systems.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Customer-facing card products with direct impact on user experience and operational quality
• API testing and automation for critical backend services
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the delivery cycle

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Perform manual testing of backend and frontend components within the Cards domain
• Design, develop, and maintain automated API tests
• Analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure appropriate test coverage
• Investigate, document, and track defects through resolution
• Maintain and improve test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test plans
• Support regression testing, release activities, and continuous improvement of QA practices

WHAT WE NEED

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and testing types
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST clients, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of test automation using Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively across teams

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial products
