HSE Manager PDC - Permian

Brief Description

The HSE Manager leads Health, Safety, and Environment performance for oil and gas drilling rigs within the Permian Basin, the Company's largest, diverse, high-paced, and customer-driven region. This role is responsible for managing a field-based team of HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors, partnering with Operations Managers, Drilling Superintendents, Technical Services, Human Resources, and customers, and driving procedural discipline, process improvements, gap analysis, and corrective-action follow-through. The HSE Manager must demonstrate courageous leadership, business acumen, sound judgment, focus, self-motivation, and manager-level discipline to lead through others, improve safety and performance, and strengthen customer confidence.
