UX Designer NEX

We’re hiring our first dedicated UX Designer. This is a rare opportunity to lead design for a B2B software product across both web and mobile — not as a cog in a large design org, but as the person who defines how design gets done here. You won’t be doing it alone: you’ll work alongside teammates who already support user interviews, design documentation, and workflow definition. Your job is to bring design expertise and direction to that foundation, and to see your decisions show up directly in the product our customers use every day.
