RN - Long Term Care - Child Center

RN – Long Term Care at Providence Child Center in Portland, Oregon. This posting represents a full time night shift position. Hours are 7pm-7:30am (3, 12 hour shifts), with rotating weekends and holidays. Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for resident, according to the individualized needs of the resident, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates resident care activities with other members of the health care team, and supervises the nursing care given.
