The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources function for the site by driving a culture of engagement, inclusion, and safety. Leads recruitment, talent development, compensation, organizational development, and associate relations processes to meet the business unit’s operational and financial objectives, while leading the organization in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance for people-related activities.
