Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Molding Processes and Technology

Identify, develop, and implement optimal, cost-effective molding processes and methods across all blade manufacturing operations — including mold preparation, gel coat, layup, infusion/cure, and bonding — in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Build and communicate technical data packages to support problem solving and decision-making.
