Marketing Director

The Marketing Director, Japan will be one of the most important leadership positions within Masimo Japan. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will serve as the GM’s strategic partner and right arm in refining Masimo Japan’s five-year strategy, shaping the future direction of the business, and bringing the organization to its next stage of growth. This is a senior upstream marketing and business strategy role, not a conventional downstream marketing or product management position. The successful candidate will be expected to bring a stronger level of market insight, portfolio thinking, business planning, and cross-functional leadership to the Japan organization.
