Experienced Trade Compliance Analyst

T&M has an immediate opening for a subject matter expert to support Trade compliance operations. The qualified candidate will be handling but not limited to import/export compliance operations in accordance to Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) Act, Customs Regulations, Export control STA Act. Leading Trade compliance projects in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, e.g., government bodies, suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, customers and so on. It’s needed to apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex problems within established guidelines and recommends appropriate solutions. This role plays a vital role in ensuring that the risk portfolio of NI Malaysia is protected as trade takes place across borders and jurisdictions, bounded to various trade regulations and requirements.
