Complex Director of Diplomatic Sales - Conrad Orlando and Conrad Washington DC

The Director of Diplomatic Sales leads the hotel’s diplomatic market strategy, with a primary focus on embassies, consulates, international organizations, and government-related travel and events. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue across rooms, catering, and group segments through strategic relationship management and targeted business development. We are seeking a strategic, connected, and results-driven sales leader to oversee the Diplomatic Market—with a focus on luxury and high-profile clientele. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing at each hotel and works in close collaboration with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations at each property while engaging with Hilton Worldwide Sales to align diplomatic sales initiatives with overall commercial objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences reflective of the brand’s luxury standards.
