Post Sales Engineering (Power)

Leads and oversees all electrical commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with scope, functionality, and quality requirements. Responsible for developing commissioning strategies, driving execution, and managing project resources to achieve successful outcomes. Provides leadership to commissioning teams through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, compensation reviews, and employee development, while fostering a high-performance culture and serving as a role model for the team.
