The Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT is responsible for selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and services. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, positioning ERP and ICT solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ERP and ICT solutions.
- Sell ERP systems (e.g., Finance, HR, SCM, CRM) and ICT services such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client business processes and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP and ICT technologies.
- Education: Diploma in Networking - Technical College
