Director of Philanthropy (Austin)

The Director of Philanthropy will lead the strategy and execution of fundraising initiatives across Austin and the surrounding region, building meaningful relationships that advance philanthropic investment in support of Texas Children's mission. This role will establish Texas Children's philanthropic presence in Central Texas through strategic donor engagement, community partnerships, and regional market development. The Director will provide leadership in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and mid-level donors while collaborating with executive leaders, physicians, volunteers, and community stakeholders to achieve fundraising priorities and advance organizational impact.
