The Director of Compliance Education & Outreach is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, implementation, and oversight of Texas Children's enterprise-wide compliance education, training, and outreach programs. This leader ensures all education initiatives support compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, regulatory, billing, privacy, research, and institutional requirements. The role also involves collaborating with clinical, academic, research, compliance, legal, regulatory, finance, and operational leaders to identify emerging regulatory requirements and develop education programs that promote organizational compliance, operational excellence, and a culture of integrity.
