The Director of Accounts Payable is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s disbursement functions, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant distribution of vendor payments across the Texas Children’s system. Reporting to the Controller, this leader drives a strong internal control environment, optimizes processes, enhances systems, and fosters a high-performing team—delivering operational excellence while supporting the organization’s broader financial and strategic goals.
