Director of Anesthesia Operations I - New Jersey

The Director of Anesthesia Operations I has overall responsibility for managing a regional group of the assigned specialty medical practices, including accountability for operations, financial performance, managing client relationships, strategic implementation, and people management.

This position is responsible for overseeing anesthesia operations across multiple hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. The portfolio currently includes 5 hospitals and 11 ambulatory surgery centers, with operational assignments subject to change based on evolving business needs and organizational structure.
